Their operation is simple: Just put your foot in and the strap tightens as your rotate your foot into your regular riding position. For winter riding these things are absolute perfection because they work with bulky winter boots and they'll never clog up with mud and snow.

Each comes in regular or extra-long strap varieties. If you have size 12 or larger feet, or if you plan to use with winter boots, get the long strap.
